Injunction & Repossession 2016-2017 Fraud of County Court (JCIO Rejection)

In rescinding illegal eviction on the grounds of illegal technicalities misrepresentation of contract in inchoate offences fraud, while no court nor judicial conduct investigations office protected my rights nor enforced my rights in the summary of any section to the Eviction Act 1977, although I complained about fraud whilst the crimes were in progress without fear of reprisals corruption.

As my complaints regarding social housing fraud of court and Bath High Court County court without fear of reprisals corruption appealed to the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office was rejected a few times, as the impostor impersonating my missing housing compliance officer without the official capacity to represent the district regional local authority social housing was encouraged and assisted with impact to fulfil inchoate offences fraud to illegally evict me, while the impersonator was being a homicide suspect in an abduction case involving identity theft and impersonation.

The following screenshots are evidence to substantiate the fact that the injunction against me by Curo in favour of Ms Victoria St John Howe’s alleged complaints about me was dropped as Curo was relocating her to a new Curo property. I didn’t have to return to County Court about this matter, as I only had to appear for the repossession hearing on the 23 June 2017, which I refused to do.

These exert, screenshots of emails, and any attachments, are supposedly confidential and may include personal views which are not necessarily the views of Curo, but for the sake of my public enquiry and the National Archives, it gets to be admissible material evidence I have the right to control. Please do not use or copy this information or send it as an email to anyone else.
