  To Whom It May Concern, The root of incapacity is unproductive because of the stupidity and frivolity of those who criticise justice over injustice. The foundation of incompetence is the stupid frivolity of people who denounce justice. Aggressors find it impossible to chuckle while one engages in successful activities against fraud. When one encounters failure-by-frivolity to evaluate activities of impossibility showing humour. Because of the foolish frivolity of individuals who denounce justice, the root of incapacity is unproductive. Humourless cannot be displayed when one engages in unsuccessful activities. Capacity stems from the competence brought on by the stupifying irreverence of people who criticise justice for injustices.  This CHIP FINANCIAL APP is FRAUD and it is still taking money from me and hasn’t paid out at the end of my first 6 months. This company is supposed to payout twice a year, every six months.  I hoped informing INTERPOL, ETC. would get a result from 200+ countries that might conform against BRITISH government frauds to justifiably kill them all, and shutdown this financial institution for fraud, and in aggravated fraud T682/18 & T9040/13.
