My Mum (RIP) divorced my Dad (RIP) before I was about to be 4 years old for extramarital affairs and domestic violence. As of the divorce (1981), we were relocated by the local authority to Twerton. I grew up after surviving the divorce and a near-fatal accident to the left side of my face and body as a 5-year-old, and I turned down skin grafts after eating through a straw for 2 months and learning to talk properly again.

My dad's parents lived in Oldfield Park on Monksdale Road. My grandmother died first leaving my grandfather a widow with dementia (RIP).

My mother was a PA for the MoD between 1992 and 2005. Her Uncle engineered Nuclear Submarines for the MoD, her Dad was in the British Army until injured in Korea during the Vietnam war. Her Grandfather was a Policeman here in Bath City, during WW1 and WW2. Great Granny White was widowed in the ’80s and lived alone on Monksdale Road, Bath.

The BBC has hated me since 1998 because I am not a sex offender. BBC Human Resources is corrupt. In no way whatsoever are they able to represent themselves with a satisfactory response that understands the outcome of their fraud which I do not condone nor aid in assisting?

Antisocial behaviour activated the community trigger that Bath & North East SOMERSET Council listed unfairly in wrongdoing.

The Magistrates Court Bath failed to inform me of my application award and threw out Mark Hodder’s Community Protection Notice in my absence anyway.

However n December 2016 the Magistrates moved me on to County Court to be illegally evicted via fraud of court in an impersonator impersonating my missing housing compliance officer, and Judicial Conduct Investigations Office rejected my complaints regarding the fraud to assist the inchoate offences while ADULT SOCIAL CARE BANES COUNCIL and JULIAN HOUSE plus HEART OF BATH SURGERY interfered with AVON & SOMERSET POLICE assistances accusing me of being MAD & WRONG, which AWP NHS didn’t really believe yet uncaringly couldn’t do anything about and left me in the lurch to sleep rough as I had no community restrictions and know me well enough to trust me and right to intelligence.

What we need from you...

When making a complaint you must include:

Your name, address and if possible. A contact telephone number(s) and your email.

The address you are complaining about and the type of nuisance (e.g. loud music, a barking dog, an extractor fan etc.)

When and for how long the nuisance normally occurs.

The way the nuisance affects you e.g. prevents sleep.

Anonymous complaints will not be investigated.

How do we investigate a complaint...

The Environmental Protection Team must investigate and take action where a complaint of noise disturbance amounts to a Statutory Nuisance. While the term “Statutory Nuisance” is not precisely defined in law, it generally means that the noise must unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment of property, as assessed by a reasonable person.

When assessing if an alleged nuisance is a Statutory Nuisance, an Environmental Health Officer will make an assessment based on these points.

The time(s) at which it happens

1. How often does it happen

2. How long does it last

The volume or intensity of the alleged nuisance

The location and Characteristics of the area where the alleged nuisance takes place

Our normal response to a noise complaint is, in the first instance, to send a letter to the person who you believe to be making the noise, to resolve the matter informally. The letter to the alleged person(s) responsible, does not state who has made the complaint. If the matter persists, we will also ask you to complete a noise diary, of any further incidents on the log sheets that are provided.

If you submit your completed noise diary, we will assess the log, and if we consider there is a justified complaint, we may install noise monitoring equipment or visit to determine whether the noise amounts to a statutory nuisance.

If we witness the noise and decide it is a statutory nuisance, then we will serve a noise abatement notice on the person responsible, requiring abatement of the nuisance.

If a person fails to comply with a noise abatement notice, then we can consider seizing and confiscation any audio equipment and prosecuting offenders in the magistrates’ court.

For most of my tenancy since February 2013 so far all the anti-social behaviour has become a common problem!!!

The Independent Housing Ombudsman Service #IHOS has advised me throughout the entire process and is still reviewing Curo. I was told not to sign the ASB Notice if there was no evidence against me and that I had the right to appeal it.
