In rescinding illegal eviction on the grounds of illegal technicalities misrepresentation of contract in inchoate offences fraud, while no court nor judicial conduct investigations office protected my rights nor enforced my rights in the summary of any section to the Eviction Act 1977, although I complained about fraud whilst the crimes were in progress without fear of reprisals corruption. 















As complaints between 2013 just before July, and throughout my assured tenancy until December 2016 with 6 months of County court fraud of court inchoate offences attempting to illegally evict me, which the impersonator without any official capacity to represent Curo Places Limited impersonating my missing housing compliance officer that was promoted during 2016 to take over from Susan Banks who took over from David Merit. 













One of the Antisocial neighbours underneath my one bedroom flat which the entire block was comprised of with each one bedroom flat, was seriously vulnerable like her ex-boyfriend conman burglar drug addict next door to me on the same floor (1st Floor), and was on probation for assaulting a minor during 2013.

  To Whom It May Concern, The root of incapacity is unproductive because of the stupidity and frivolity of those who criticise justice over injustice. The foundation of incompetence is the stupid frivolity of people who denounce justice. Aggressors find it impossible to chuckle while one engages in successful activities against fraud. When one encounters failure-by-frivolity to evaluate activities of impossibility showing humour. Because of the foolish frivolity of individuals who denounce justice, the root of incapacity is unproductive. Humourless cannot be displayed when one engages in unsuccessful activities.
