In rescinding illegal eviction on the grounds of illegal technicalities misrepresentation of contract in inchoate offences fraud, while no court nor judicial conduct investigations office protected my rights nor enforced my rights in the summary of any section to the Eviction Act 1977, although I complained about fraud whilst the crimes were in progress without fear of reprisals corruption.

Why did I complain to the Independent Police Complaints Commission?
One of the two attending police officers did not leave the scene of the "CALL LOG" with his colleague in the marked vehicle they arrived in. No backup was issued and no Ambulance was called out to the address.
I raised the alarm as well as raised concerns regarding any potential misconduct, and my issues were granted credence by referencing.
I have suffered as a tenant of; 109 Monksdale Road Bath BA2 2JD in the United Kingdom, including physical, mental and emotional harm plus economic loss in my self-employment as a musician and protocol detox therapist which was directly caused by Curo's negligence and Avon and Somerset Constabulary's police misconducts. My Mum was also dying in hospital at the Royal United Hospital, Bath. She passed away in October 2017.
The picture above in this Newsletter is of one of the transit vans responsible for the forensic evidence cover-up of LOG 752.
There’s a second registration number plate of a white transit van involved but I submitted its details to IOPC (Formerly IPCC).
This lorry full of laminate flooring ETC. was also parked outside the block the same day for Flat 117.
I made a formal complaint on the evening of the incident because the Police Constable left at the incident on his own whilst his colleague drove away without him is still on duty.

The public enquiry for police emergency services logs 752 is still ongoing. I recently had to apply for disapplication of log 752 to be investigated professionally by the professional standards department and Avon and Somerset Constabulary because I have been moving addresses a lot since being evicted in August
I do hope it does not take 4 and a half more years to resolve this incident of the missing police officer. I also hope my FOI isn’t stonewalled until the full 7 and half years are up to officially declare the missing police officer dead.
There are also the issues surrounding the missing persons of Curo staff member, Ellie Gooch. As the impersonator that took her place and has been reported to the Home Office plus the National Crime Agency. She’s responsible along with PC Mark Hodder for harassing me during 2016 and seeking repossession of the flat I rented. They both ignored the reported incident of Log 752 and helped the criminals get away with the crimes.
I also reported PC Mark Hodder’s misconduct to the charity Missing People which they referenced.

All the accessories to murder are still at large and have evaded prosecution because of this common purpose of corruption.
This photo is in connection to my Appeal of the Community Protection Notice which was more or less a gagging order back in 2016 after Log 752 and the Forensic Evidence cover-up. If I had agreed to this order instead of appealing it I would have been evicted and arrested. The Magistrates Court withdrew the alleged offence and order.

Curo is the housing developer that provides social housing in partnership with the local authorities. Curo was my landlord from December 2012 to August 2017.
There is also the ever-relevant Police issue of Police Log 733 that was created for me by PC Nigel Pinkard. Log 733 is a way for me to record incidents of incitement against me including the fraud of defamation by deceit. It was established for me on 07/02/2012 whilst I was homeless at the time.
